Fee Information
The registration fee includes hotel room (for those staying overnight), all retreat materials, all meals (beginning with dinner day of arrival, ending with lunch on departure date), and activities throughout the conference. Pay using MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested in writing (no e-mail) and postmarked no later than JULY 1, 2008. Refunds will be subject to a $50 processing fee. Conference fees are non-refundable within one week of the event.
